What can I return?
You can return most new unopened items sold by Woodbrisk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items shipped by Woodbrisk between November 1st and December 31st of this year can be returned until January 31st of the next year.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will appear on your initial payment method. For credit card, you can take up to 2 invoices; to Boleto, up to 3 working days through the bank account provided. If you have opted for a gift certificate, the wait is 3 hours.
What is the return barcode and what is it for? What is the difference between it and the Posting Authorization Code?
The barcode is the identification of your return to Woodbrisk, which must be printed and left inside the return package, along with the product. The Posting Authorization Code is used by the Post Office in prepaid returns, so that you are not charged for the postage.
Woodbrisk Return Policy
Items shipped from Woodbrisk, including Woodbrisk Warehouse and Woodbrisk offices worldwide, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Global Woodbrisk Store Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using your profile panel, in Chat Online Now with the purchase order number in hand. It may take up to 25 days for an item to reach us after it is returned. Once the item is received at our distribution center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account. The refund will appear on your initial payment method. For credit card, you can take up to 2 invoices; to Bank Billet, up to 3 working days through the bank account provided. If you have opted for a gift certificate, the wait is 3 hours.
For your convenience, if the product is broken, defective, damaged or incorrect, you can take a photo of the product showing how you received it and we can send a postal pre-authorization that you can paste on the product's postage package to return it at no cost, speak to one of our representatives to check this possibility in your country.
Return Policy for Sellers Selling at Woodbrisk
When you place an order with a salesperson who prepares and sends his own inventory (also called a third party salesperson), your return is sent back to the salesperson instead of Woodbrisk.
While most sellers offer a return policy equivalent to that of Woodbrisk, in some the return policies may vary. You can view the seller's return policy before purchasing an item by viewing the Return and Refund Policy section of the seller's profile page. To view the seller's return policy, after placing the order, you can select your order on your Woodbrisk account panel.
Third-party sellers must provide a return address in their country, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting that the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods for returning your items, you can file a complaint with the Woodbrisk Warranty to ask for help with your return.
Always check that the insurance is selected in the shipment for the value of the goods. All items must always be shipped with a trackable shipping service. If a package does not arrive and you do not use insurance and a traceable method to return or refuse to fulfill our shipping requests as a return method, we may not be able to cover it under the Strong Woodbrisk Warranty.
